LIT

A fantastic brand designer and branding and graphic design educator, @itsabiconnick creates monthly Creative Glow Challenges for fellow designers to showcase their creations.

Abi challenged us to create a rebranding for this custom-made LED light business called LIT. In this challenge, we needed to provide a primary logo, logo variation, color palette, thank you cards, and any additional elements we felt were needed. I wanted this design to stand out and make a statement, especially if this rebranding wanted to stand out against its competitors.

In the research portion of my design, I imagined myself walking through a store and seeing the variety of different LED lights to choose from. If I saw my design on the shelf, would I pick it up? That thought led to me going all in on a funky and colorful rebranding that I’m so very proud of.
